Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your handcrafted jewellery, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Custom or personalized pieces (including engraved or made-to-order items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@silvermoonstudios.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
