Silver Moon Studios is a small jewellery business based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. All items are handcrafted and sold directly through this website. By using our site or purchasing a product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

3. Product Information
We take great care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur. Colours and finishes may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other secure methods offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors without notice. Orders will be charged at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
We offer:
- Free shipping on all UK orders
- A £10 flat rate for all international orders under £75
- Free shipping on international orders over £75

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are handmade to your specifications and may take additional time. We will communicate timelines and confirm design details before starting. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a defect.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Silver Moon Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure quality and safety, Silver Moon Studios is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions (please check product materials if you have sensitivities)
- Misuse of items
- Any damages resulting from use of the website or our products
